Linda's Blueberries with Brown Sugar

This simple, delicious Summer recipe is from a Jacques Pepin cookbook my mother gave me years ago.

Serves 4

     1 pint of fresh blueberries
     1 cup plain yogurt or, for a richer dessert, substitute sour cream or whipped cream
     4 tablespoons brown sugar
     Fresh mint

Wash and dry the berries well, so the water doesn't dilute the yogurt. Divide the blueberries among four plates, and make a well in the center. Spoon in some yogurt. Sprinkle the berries and yogurt with the brown sugar. Decorate with mint, and enjoy.
