When the weather turns hot, I crave delicious fruity desserts that take little work or oven time. These pops are made with yogurt, so I tell myself they're healthy. And they make great use of all of the delicious blueberries that are currently in abundance. Whip up a batch the next time the neighborhood kids come over to play, just don't forget to save one for yourself.
1 cup whole milk plain yogurt
1 cup blueberries, washed
¼ cup honey
Blend yogurt, blueberries and honey together until smooth.
Poor into popsicle molds. Tap molds to remove bubbles and insert sticks.
Freeze until solid, 4 or so hours. Remove from molds and enjoy!
Makes 6 pops of about ½ cup volume each.
