¡Olé, España! Join us for a special tasting event featuring Arcadia’s Kitchen specialty foods!
Chickpeas (Garbanzos) originally came from the Middle East , and made their way into the Spanish kitchen by way of the Phoenicians. Their importance in Spanish cuisine is paramount, and they are a primary ingredient in many popular Spanish dishes; Arcadia herself gave this legume an important role in her kitchen, from her Caldo Gallego (Galician Stew) to the Gazpacho Andaluz "Andalusian Gazpacho" where she replaced the stale bread with delicious Chickpeas.
Arcadia's Lemon/Rosemary is bright and has a very pronounced lemon-pine flavor, yet it is also woodsy and peppery at the same time.
Piccante "Spicy Hummus" flavored with Sun Dried Tomatoes and Pequin Peppers, the same peppers used in our She-Devil Salsa, a reddish hummus packing subtle hints of smoke and tomatoes flavors.
