Tasting Event with Arcadia's Kitchen

Join us for another fantastic tasting event featuring the Flavors of Galicia, Spain as Arcadia's Kitchen introduces their Fall/Winter Menu:

*Caldo Gallego de Mi Abuela "My Grandmother's Galician Stew"

Caldo Gallego is a quintessential dish of Galicia (northwest tip of Spain) consisting of a broth made with all sorts of meats, leafy Collard Greens, Fingerling Potatoes and Cannellini Beans. It is a proper winter warmer and packed with nutrients. Every family has a different variation of the recipe and Arcadia wasn't the exception , she used chicken instead of pork.

*Calabaza Asada "Roasted Butternut Squash with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Anise, Cinnamon and Brown Sugar"

Roasted Butternut Squash flavored with Anise and Cinnamon is not only a fabulous side dish for the holidays, but it’s delicious with any meal throughout the season and can be also served as a Tapa.

Both dishes are Gluten Free!

Our entire Fall/Winter Menu will be available for you to taste, including Extra Virgin Olive Oil Bread Puddings made with Challah Bread, Apples and Roasted Butternut Squash
*Artichoke, Manzanilla Olives Tapenade
*White Bean Chilli, as well as our delicious Salsas and Yellow Corn Chips
